We collaborate with grassroots communities so all grow and live better.
We do this by working with actors from the grassroots to the highest levels, so that the solutions we design are feasible and fit to truly address the current social, economic and environmental barriers: impact works that worth the effort, time, and money of everyone involves.
We are a team of experienced practitioners on both side of impact table.
In-depth grounded insights
For 15+ years we have worked directly and collaborate with more than 147 grassroots communities and local organizations in 10 countries. Our team has co-designed and ran more than 40 initiatives, from strategic pilot to national program, in education, health and livelihoods.
Strategic experiences
We have worked closely with >20 national and international organizations, from companies and family businesses to government ministries and agencies, and donors. With them we have built strategies, roadmaps and deliverables around each organization’s own mandate and measures of success
What your organization receives is a complete picture. The solutions built on it are reliable, feasible on the ground, and aligned with your organization.
Denny Halim
Designs programs and brings funders, governments and communities to the same table. He has built the research behind a program, run its delivery in the field and prepared the funding for it, so he knows where each of the three loses the others. Based in Bali, he has lived in 43 communities.
Widita Diah Kustrini
Works from inside government and from the network around it. As a strategic advisor embedded in the Ministry of Education, she turned ministerial priorities into plans that implementation teams could run across vocational education reform. Earlier in her career she led an education network of 750+ registered organizations through its formalization, and managed social impact programs from design to evaluation. Based in Jakarta.
Tiana Feruni

At a sustainability consultancy she led business development, communication and quality, overseeing proposals in ESG, carbon and capacity building. Now, through her studio Kayanya, she is building art and business that promote batik and aim to improve artisans’ income.
